Because of the low value convective heat transfer coefficient between absorber plate and air, thermal efficiency a solar air heater is greatly reduced, resulting in high temperatures large losses to surrounding environment. The analysis transmission presented this research, which makes use Computational Fluid Dynamics. An investigation conducted into effect Reynolds number on Nusselt friction factor. It necessary study visually depict nature flow across duct heater, done using commercial finite volume software. findings CFD simulations are found be excellent agreement with experimental results. this, average increases as grows, factor reduces well.
